Handling of personal data

If you have an account or have posted any comments on this website, you can request an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

The data is managed in a password-protected CRM system. Rent 08 AB only discloses this personal data to third parties if we are forced to submit an unpaid invoice to debt collection.

Personal data provided in connection with competitions and prize draws will only be kept for the duration of the activity and will be deleted once any prizes have been claimed.

Rent 08 AB has a high level of IT security with encrypted hardware that protects against external intrusion with your privacy in focus. No personal data is available in open systems.

Cleansing of personal and contact data of customers takes place regularly or when the business relationship ends.

The data is deleted immediately when the subscription is cancelled. The personal data of people who choose to be local supporters and contribute to the development of the magazines are saved in order to charge a monthly gift or to communicate in the form of a survey or with offers for supporters who have accepted this communication. Data stored: Name, email address and mobile phone number.

Right to request information

If you want to know more about how we process personal data, send a request to info@rent08.se. You have the right to request information about personal data processed about you and to have data corrected, but please note that Rent 08 AB only has access to data that has been used in connection with you ordering something from us or engaging as a local supporter.

Theft or intrusion

In case of theft, data breach and/or intrusion into data sensitive areas, the DPO is notified immediately.
