Cleaning is customised according to your wishes, but usually includes vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and dusting open spaces.

Absolutely, feel free to book a free home visit where you can meet one of our supervisors before we start cleaning assignments. Even if you are an existing customer, you can of course book a home visit, for example if you want to change your cleaning routines.

It depends on your wishes, but usually within 1-2 weeks.

This is fine, test cleaning is not binding.

Rent 08 employs many different nationalities and for some, the job is a first step into the Swedish language. Unlike many others in the industry, we have chosen to welcome people who do not speak Swedish as employees.

We organise internal training sessions to teach staff the basics of communicating with customers and other employees.

When recruiting, we value above all professional skills, a sense of quality and, not least, perseverance, which is required for a good result in customers' homes.

We understand that communication can be perceived as a concern but the fact is that it works very well. The administration staff speaks Swedish and in the 8 years we have been in business, the language has never been a major problem for our customers. Which means that we feel happy to be able to offer work even to people who have not yet learnt Swedish.

All staff undergo internal training at the company. We have several supervisors who work with the cleaning staff for ongoing quality assurance and we also do regular quality checks on site.

All new staff submit extracts from the criminal record and we have confidentiality agreements.

We believe we have the best people and we spend a lot of time on our new recruits and internal training programmes. For those employees who have not yet learned Swedish, we organise language courses. We also offer wellness allowances and always recognise everyone in the team on birthdays, major holidays and the like. To help our staff get to know each other, we go on an annual cruise together.

Of course we do. We have liability insurance with Trygg Hansa that covers damage up to SEK 10 million.

The deduction is made directly on the invoice and means that you as a customer only pay half the amount for our services.

You can receive a maximum tax reduction of SEK 75 000 per year and person. This means that you can buy RUT and ROT services for SEK 150,000 and only pay SEK 75,000. You are responsible for keeping track of how much of the maximum tax deduction you have utilised. If you have overutilised the maximum amount of the deduction, you are obliged to pay the remaining amount to us.

All employees wear the company's work clothes during the cleaning sessions - turquoise t-shirt, black trousers and light blue apron.

Most of the equipment is usually already available in every home. We will send you a full list of cleaning equipment requirements upon booking or on request.

We recommend deep cleaning on the first cleaning occasion when we start regular cleaning assignments, but also after a longer break. Many customers book deep cleaning in the spring and around Christmas.

1 month

Our aim is to ensure that all customers have a regular cleaner. In the event of illness, holiday or other leave, the cleaner will be replaced by a substitute cleaner and we will notify you of this before your cleaning appointment.

Please get back to us by email with info about the current date to info@rent08.se and you will receive a confirmation directly. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks before the planned cleaning date, with the exception of illness - then you can cancel at least 24 hours before.
